A large building full of books. There's also an entrance to the mines with a two person elevator. The librarian, Belle, will help you find any sort of book you need; after all she's probably got them all memorized by now!

A place most villains come to brood over their evil plans as they look out onto the town... though it is also a good place to get away from those of the town and just relax. The ticking of the giant clock can put one to sleep if they aren't careful.

Ah the mines. Fairy crystals can form here and the dwarves can mine them. While many areas have collapsed and the mines are not safe for the unprepared, they have been repaired over time after the previous inhabitant, the Black Fairy, was defeated.
